Hi, I’m John.

I started LaCaze Roadside Assistance to be the call people wish they had when they’re stuck: someone local who picks up the phone, tells the truth about price and timing, and actually shows up.

Most of us have been there — a car that won’t start in a hot parking lot, keys locked inside with the kids waiting, or an empty tank on the side of the freeway. Too often, the companies that promise “24/7” don’t answer, and insurance apps quote waits of hours. I wanted to do it differently.

How I run things

  • A real person answers. 24/7. You talk to me, not a call center.
  • Upfront price before I roll. No surprises at the roadside.
  • If I’m running late, I call you first.
  • I stay until you’re safely back on the road.
  • No membership. Call when you need help, pay only for what you get.

What I do

I keep it focused: jump starts, vehicle lockouts and fuel delivery — done carefully and done right.

Where I go

I’m based in Spring, TX 77389 and cover The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, Klein & Cypress, Humble, Aldine, Porter and North Houston, plus the surrounding areas.
