Who we are

LaCaze Roadside Assistance is an owner-operated roadside assistance business based in Spring, TX 77389, run by John LaCaze Jr.. You can reach us at (832) 949-4837 or lacazeroadside@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use our “Request help” form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, the service you need, your location (which may be a Google Maps link if you tap “Use my location”), and any notes. We also record the page you sent the form from.

Your browser only shares your precise location if you tap “Use my location” and allow it. You can always type a location instead.

If you call or text us, your phone carrier and ours handle that call or message as usual.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your request and get help to you.
• To find your vehicle and give you an accurate price and arrival estimate.
• To follow up about the service you received.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are sent to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. Our website is hosted by Netlify. If we turn on website analytics (Google Analytics), it collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited and button clicks to help us improve the site; it doesn’t receive the contents of your form.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as we need them to serve you and keep basic business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by calling (832) 949-4837 or emailing lacazeroadside@gmail.com. If you don’t want calls or texts about your request, just tell us.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
